At one point in our life we have all screamed in our head Why me? Well, why you is understandable as long as you do not live a life of why me. If you are living this life, then it is clear that the mental health is upcoming.

Stress can cause heart attacks, strokes, high-blood, and many other health related problems. If you are at this level of stress, you may want to ask your self what you are lacking. Our body needs exercise, nutrition, entertainment, work, and so forth to function properly.
If our body and mind is not stimulated and nourished then we will often fall victim to stress. Do you feel nauseated when your stress level is higher than normal? If so, you might want to learn some relaxing techniques that can benefit your body and mind.

If you are constantly feeling tension due to stress then you know that your body and mind is lacking in a certain area. It makes sense then to write a list, including all your problems and analyze them carefully to find a solution, thus reducing stress.
