		<description>I like to recommend what I call the Double Pareto Latte - especially for A-type performers. 

The idea is that you do the 80/20 thing in two &#039;passes.&#039; Pass One gives you the basic 80% accomplishment from 20% of the effort. Pass Two, though, gives you an additional 16% of results (80% of the remaining 20%). So, you end up achieving 96% of the desired outcome (80 + 16) from 40% of the effort (20 + 20). 

You can then use the remaining 60% of your effort to go get a cup of coffee - or start on whatever else you&#039;d like to do!
