Hi,
Thanks for the usual very informative and educational post. I wish more people will visit your blog to benefit from the health and no-nonsense articles you regularly post.

Being diabetic (type 2), I am very much wary about my sugar intake. This is exacerbated by my inability to have a regular blood sugar count exam. I usually depend on my own body messages to monitor my own blood sugar level condition. I do take my regular maintenance medicines on diabetes and hypertension though.

I really appreciate your article because it openned my eyes to the other effect of my disease, and that is, hypoglycemia. I'm having my own bouts with short term memory lapses which could be very embarassing at times. Maybe, that too is an effect of hypoglycemia. I do not know.

Thanks again for the wonderful post. Keep up with them. They are a very valuable source of healthful information.

God bless you more for your noble endeavor to reach out to people.
