3. Practice meditation.

There are a lot of different forms of meditation. In its most simple form, meditation is about spending a little time alone to relax and center your thoughts.

      Great advice. We are only just learning how important it is to think about our brains.

      Susanne Jaeggi and Martin Buschkuehl’s study on Improving Fluid Intelligence by Training Working Memory (PNAS April 2008) even recorded increases in mental agility (fluid intelligence) of more than 40% in less than 20 days with the right kind of brain training.
