		<description>I enjoyed your post and found many of your comments to be valid. However we differ in the opinion that anyone can become a leader. Leadership traits can be refined and developed assuming that certain qualities are present to begin with. Not everyone can become a leader and certainly not everyone can become an effective leader. Personal growth is important and while I don't believe in limiting one's definition of self, I do believe in being realistic. I have witnessed many tragic cirucmstances that occured as a result of people attempting to be leasders when they most certainly were not...I have written often on the topic of leadership at the N2growth Blog which can be viewed at www.n2growth.com/blog if you're interested in a different perspective.
