One of the more useful articles I've read on goal setting! You've gone into the right depth here, and given some good examples.

If anyone finds it useful, I've set up a free e-course to help you get whatever you want in your career, or life in general. It follows a similar approach to goal setting and offers a whole lot more too. It helps you to create a plan of action in the right way that takes you through to getting what you want.
