I agree with all of this. I wish there was an easier way. I know I have depression but Im too afraid to actually come out of my box and say it. It makes me uncomfortable. I;ve been dealing with this since I was 10 and now im 26. I want help and nothing seems to work. Your website however is very soothing and shows me that help is there. I am a writer.
