It is all how we deal with stress that determines if we are prolific or if we are headed for obliteration.

Stress is a constraining force triggered by a negative implication. The influences exist in our everyday life that determines whether we will have problems.

For example, if you are headed to work and take a different route than you would normally take and are late for week, then you know the influence was coming from your own decisions.

That little voice in your head told you that you could get to work faster if you change your course of travel. Therefore, that little voice in your head influenced you to a problem.

You might be fine if you have worked at the job for a long time and your boss knows your habits. However, if you recently started the job then you might find more stress than you need for making a wrong decision.

Why am I going through this? If one worse thing happens to me, I am going to jump off a bridge.

Does this sound familiar, if so then you are stressed at your limits and you need stress management. It is time to sit down and relax your mind.

If there is nothing you can do at the moment to relieve your problems then do not give up, rather stop stress from causing you harm.

When a person feels over stressed, it affects the heart, mind, and body in many ways. Stress is going to happen, but we can find a way to minimize the source.

Learning and relating to stress is the only possible solution for managing stress, unless you are made of steel.

After you rest for a while, clearing your mind then you can take a few deep breaths and review your problem carefully weeding through the details. Are your bills due and the funds low? Is your banking account nearing overdrafts? Is your child’s behaviors causing you stress? [Parental Stress]

Subliminal on the other hand is information in the back of the mind unavailable to the aware. Now if you are wondering why it is necessary to define subliminal and awareness to understand stress and cannot see the answer already then I will inform you.

When we have problems and it causes stress, the answers are often obscured in our mind. We may search our aware mind to review the problems and pull up resources that can help us solve the problems.
