If you are angry, deeply inhale and exhale three times. However, taking time to practice ways to relax one’s body is even more effective.
Visual Imagination
Visual imagery offers a major strategy to relax one’s body. Spend 10-15 minutes imagining a place that is relaxing. Attend to all of the details of the scene to make it as real as possible. Notice the colors, the sounds, the air, the lighting, and even the feel of objects in your scene.
Then shift your attention to how relaxed your muscles are, gradually scanning your muscles from head to toe. Through practice, you will increasingly be able to direct your body to become calm when you experience the arousal of anger.
We must learn how to cope up with anger as it is one of the leading problems in society.
There is not one time in our lives that we all have not experienced anger and maybe even acted out of control.
When someone hurts us, irritates, threatens, aggravates, harass, or let us down we call get mad.
Anger is either our worst enemy or our best friend. For instance if another person threatens us and we act out in anger in a managed way, most likely we are going to have good results.
On the other hand, if we act out aggressively we are losing control and the other person most often will have the upper hand.
When we have control of our emotions and feelings, it not only protects us, but also helps us to become successful in life.
We know how to deal with situations when they arise, including financial problems, medical emergencies, and so forth. On the other hand, if we are entanglement then we is at risk, our health is in danger and problems are definitely going to rise.
We are prone to anger outbursts when we have a grandiosity personality type.
A person with grandiosity thinking may believe that he or she was centered out from everyone else when he or she does not get his or her way.
People with grandiosity attitudes will say things like that was a miserable idea since those people are stupid anyway.
A person of this nature may believe that other people would have behaved the way that they did in a similar situation.
Traits Of Grandiosity Personality
There are many traits to grandiosity that are disturbing and when a person has a disturbed mind, he or she is prone to anger. This type of person will have a hard time dealing with stressors and stress and will often act out on emotions when they feel threatened.
This means they are prone to assaulting others intellect, attacking another persons mental status, cursing at the problem, and even acting out violently when they are mad. This type takes us to a whole knew level of understanding anger, since a mental illness is often underlying the emotions.
Hate is actual source of anger and when it is not dealt with the person often acts out violent putting self and others at risk. Persons acting out in anger often have underlying issues that is missed, or else has not been diagnosed.
Alcohol or Drug Abuse
It could be relatively to alcohol and/or drug abuse, as well as mental illnesses. Often the individuals have difficulty dealing with their emotions and feelings and will attack out of anger.
The root of this frustration is often rooted somewhere in the persons past. The person may have been abused as a child, underdeveloped or severely neglected.
Negative Influences
Another underlying cause may contribute to negative influences. For instance if a child has been bullied and no one handles the circumstances, he or she will probably develop anger and it will persist to grow.
Classes for Controlling Anger and Behaviors
There are classes developed for people that have inability to control their behaviors or anger. The classes are designed to get the patient to open up and deal with his or her feelings and emotions, and then come to an area of management.
When anger kills, it is often when anger is ignored over a long course of time. When a person is angry and has the inability to address his or her anger without erupting then we know we have a problem that requires urgent attention.
A person will often use alcohol or drugs to relieve the symptoms if he or she is dealing with anger issues. This is not true in all cases, but alcohol and drugs only ignite the fire already burning out of control.
Anger is rooted from hate, and often the person with problems has difficulty restraining his or her impulses, emotions or desires. The person often acts out on impulse striking at the source that made him or her angry. Not everyone kills when anger is an issue, however in some cases, it has happen and it will happen again.

Some strategies for addressing anger are self-talk. When you feel that you are losing control you might want to ask yourself what is going on inside your mind? You may want to ask yourself if the anger is caused by now, or is it anger that was built inside for years.
People are always dealing out problems and reasons for conflict, thus dealing with anger is never easy. We have to deal with increases, deflations, war, violence, crime, and everyday common responsibilities with continuous interruptions.
There is not one person in a forsaken world that has not gotten mad at some point. Anger is an emotion we all deal with. Anger comes in many forms, but the source of anger is hatred as a result of a lie. This is true.
When the first man and woman were created on the earth, the first noted problem was a serpent in the form of Satan that lied to, deceiving the woman. Once the lie took off, the world began suffering many problems, including violence, murder, war, shortages, pests, weather disasters and so forth.
Since the first lie, the world has gone chaotic and continues to get worse as the years roll by. We can examine how a lie can instigate anger by looking at one individual. The person engaged in criminal activities, including stealing, writing bad checks, and selling prescription medications.
Rejections are usual and we all are told no on many instances. Some persons have difficulty handling rejections and may react hastily to the other person involved. If you walk in a bank and apply for a loan and are rejected you might stomp out the door shouting obscene talk to the lenders.
This is an inappropriate way to handle the situation. This actually can get you in trouble and it is evident that rejections are triggers to your emotions that impose your anger. Now that you see this is a trigger you will need to learn how to cope with your anger and emotions.
Reducing Your Stress
We can start with the method to work through your anger by reducing your stress. You will need to learn how to cut back on stressors if you are a spontaneous person. If you feel pressured in the morning before going to work, try picking out the clothes you will wear for that day the following evening. This will provide you an additional few minutes during the morning to prepare for work.
