		<description>Some good common-sense tips everyone should follow.  I would also like to add that it can be helpful to use methods for getting those thoughts outside of your head...for example, you might journal or maybe talk to friends or a spouse about your anxious thoughts.  Any of those methods can be helpful, and for me, they really help me to get through the hardest and most powerful waves of anxiety.</description>
