		<description>What about acknowledging the pain, the anger, the hurt, just sitting with it, not acting on it, not suppressing it, just existing with it in the moment? Will the pain, the anger, the hurt remain? Yes, but you will be more familiar with them, more comfortable with them, so that you can observe them for what they are, feelings that come and go. If you can manage not to act out that emotion at a critical time but still acknowledge it, then perhaps there is a way out.
Now if I could only practice what I preach.</description>
