I have also started eating more fish like tuna, salmon, cod..all high in Omega-3 fatty acids which I read were good for keeping in a good mood and for concentrating better. I have also been recommended foods with lots of B type vitamins. Yoga and regular excercise are also helping me to keep stress and bad moods at bay! Managing your anger is possible putting some effort, and will help you feel happier with yourself and create better relationships with those around you! Good luck!</description>

Its no different than when you&#039;re a kid and your mom or dad gives you a time out because you are too revved up from too much pop. So, why would it be different for adults?
