Indeed a good article and read. I myself just recently quit smoking and must say that it has been the addiction to the habit not the cigarettes that has been the most difficult part to over come. I do not findmyself wanting to smoke because I miss nicotine but because of the oral fixation to cigarettes. However, I am 20 days strong now without a cigarette. I will never go back to smoking cigarettes after knowing again what its like to not smoke them.
