We stand firm in our beliefs simply because we did research for more than 20 years, investigated each and every word people said yes, and role played the solutions, and when we found positive was the day we found the TRUTH.
The truth will certainly set you free. This is essential and we stress this logic since life is always changing and we have to believe those changes by finding the truth. Money is the root of all evil.
There is no one in life that is not striving to make more money. Therefore, the key to thinking positive and planning a time management scheme is look for within your self, research your information, and find a solution that best fits your plan for reaching your goals. No one has all the answers, but answer is available if you want to learn positive time management schemes.
Time Management With Changing Times
Life is a bummer and then we pay the ultimate price. Times are always changing making it not easy for us to keep up with the advancements in our lives.
When you think about someone who has hurt you deeply, your sympathetic nervous system springs into action.
The sympathetic nervous system is the branch of the autonomic nervous system whose goal is to rev up our body to protect us from danger.
The autonomic nervous system controls inner organs such as our heart, smooth muscles, and breathing.
Our autonomic nervous system has another branch called the parasympathetic system, which calms us down after the danger is past. Both of these systems are operating all the time.
When a danger comes into view, our sympathetic system gears up and controls the action in the “fight-or-flight” response.
When the danger has passed or we are relaxed, our parasympathetic system controls the action and we calm down. the sympathetic nervous system is quick and predictable.
The problem is that it gives us only two choices: fighting back or getting away. We may want to pay back the person who hurt us. We may want that person to suffer the way we have suffered. This is the prelude to blame and the grief that comes along with not wanting to forgive them.
Forgiveness begins when we realize we are not alone in whatever we did wrong.
Remember, every mistake you make has been done thousands of times by other people. You created no new evil or managed no new failure.
What you did was react in a common way to human difficulties.
While you may have done things that were unkind or unskillful, they are in the past, and through forgiveness we can learn and practice enhanced methods to act.
We can learn to take things less personally through understanding we are human and will make mistakes. Each of us has the potential to be unkind or fail at certain things. No one is immune from that aspect of being human.
Every mistake is a common one and has been made before. We can forgive, learn, and grow rather than continue to beat ourselves up and stay stuck. Shame, embarrassment, and guilt are emotions that do little to help us grow.
Forgiveness is easy when we understand that we all make mistakes. An important step in forgiving ourselves occurs as people stop blaming their past actions for how they feel. Some became a victim of both their actions and the way they reacted to what they did.
Individuals who routinely refuse to forgive often have what is called a narcissistic personality disorder. Narcissists believe that they’re entitled to special rights and privileges, whether earned or not.
They are demanding, selfish, and expect special favors without assuming reciprocal responsibilities and express surprise and anger when others do not do what they want.”
If you’re a narcissist, you may often feel wounded and enraged when others refuse to comply with your agenda. Your exaggerated sense of entitlement leads you to assume that people are mere instruments for your self-enhancement, placed on earth solely to serve you.
Since others don’t exist to you as separate individuals with requirements, desires, and feelings of their own, you’re likely to exploit them and not see how this exploitation may set up the conflict you blame them for creating.
If you identify some of these qualities in yourself, you may be someone who is dependent on the admiration of others to keep your self-esteem afloat, and hypersensitive to anyone who threatens your sense of specialness.
