Are you one of those people who wish it would be good if you had a 30-hour day? Do you long for having enough time to home school your children, tend a garden, cook gourmet meals, five-bedroom house, play the piano, care for a large, and sit by the fire reading a good book?
The truth behind this matter is that many Americans today are working under a time crunch. We simply don’t have enough hours in the day to accomplish all that we want to. The situation creates an enormous amount of stress.
We may feel as if we are constantly working under a deadline. We may feel tired and upset, and we may wonder if we are missing out on much of life because we spend so much time “doing” and not enough time “thinking.”
We’re stressed at work, stressed at our son’s soccer match, and stressed at home. The irony is, the more we do, the more behind we seem to get. We are continually on the run, yet we may feel as if we are achieving very little.
Mental health has many mental illusions that it is why it is often difficult to sort through the rumble.
In mental health, we have to deal with bipolar on many levels, depression, trauma, panic disorders, and other more difficult diagnosis and symptoms of mental illnesses.
It is often difficult since when we look at the various mental illnesses we also have to look closer at the primary elements of the diagnosis. Primary elements such as childhood trauma play a large role in many diagnoses today.
We also have to consider the many elements that are linked to mental health, including effects of the past and effects in the current times, including religion, history, law, and so on.
All diagnoses in spite of the similarities are treated in a different way, since we are all dissimilar. Delusional disorders for example, require careful attention since the symptoms include separate elements and since it has a couple of different levels of difficulty.
Persecutory Types
For example the ‘persecutory types’ suffer distrustful behaviors, which include believing that someone is out to get them, feeling of cheated in life, feel they are ill-treated and will often include the law and justice system in their delusional behaviors.
To understand the many emotional breakdowns in our society we must understand how a person with a mental health has not separated from his or her inner childhood person.
Simply because we do not always see the problem, which lies beneath the mental and physical disabilities, many mental illnesses and other problems in society are complicated.
Inner child Within Ourselves
Throughout our lifetime, the inner child within us will exist and we will suffer the emotional breakdowns, if we do not recognize this ‘inner child’. As a result, most professionals struggle to find a way to treat patients with mental disabilities, yet often fail to see that the problem is buried deep within the individual’s mind structure.
The child that was ignored, emotionally neglected, possibly abused physically, or witnessed many bad disturbances, is buried beneath a shattering mind disorder and until the main problem is dealt with, the problem will continue to grow.
Basic Knowledge of the Problems
One has to have a basic knowledge of his or her problems in order to contact the inner self. Once a basic knowledge is situated, the person can move to the next step. Having a basic understanding of you, disorder can bring forth rewards by helping the patient to accept his or her handicap.
Parenthood can lift your spirits on the most miserable day. However, parenthood can also be quite stressful. There are so many demands and so many promises you need to fulfill. Your responsibilities can leave you feeling anxious and frustrated.
If your child has fallen sick, or is having trouble in school, or has become involved in drug or alcohol abuse, your parental stress level could rise be at its peak. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do to remove the causes of parental stress.
They simply come with the territory. You can only guide your child but cannot expect to control him or her, especially when your child reaches the teenage years. Therefore, you have to learn how to manage stress of parenthood before it gets the better of you.
Manage Stress - Communication With Your Child
The most important strategy that can be followed to manage stress is to keep the communication going between yourself and your child, even when it becomes difficult. Your stress level will be greatly reduced if you can talk with your child, especially when something is bothering him or her.
Causes Of Holiday Stress
Holiday Stress causes are many. It’s Christmas week, and you’re a basket case. You don’t think you’ll ever be able to finish all the decorating, the wrapping and shopping in time for the big day. You also have cards to send, donations to mail out and visits to make.
Recent Death of Loved One
You are dealing with full-fledged holiday stress of Christmas, and it shows no signs of reduction. The holiday stress can be trying in the best of circumstances. But if you’re dealing with other major holiday stressors, such as the recent death of a loved one, holiday stress can seem unbearable. This will make you so tensed that you cannot enjoy any holiday-related activities.
You might snap at your children or your spouse, and you might find yourself unable to focus at work. There are many causes of holiday stress. To begin with, you might be striving to fulfill improbable hopes.
You might have a perfect postcard view of the holidays—a vision that no human being could expect to realize. Your impressions of holidays might have been formed by the movies, where families gather around a tree and sing Christmas carols in perfect harmony.
You might remember the moment you realized that this was the person you were destined to marry. Those memories are special reminders of the excitement of a new relationship of the joy that comes when you have fallen in love.
Then, reality sets in. Possibly it occurred during the first month of your marriage. Or perhaps it happened within a year of your wedding. It might not have occurred until five years after your marriage.
Causes of Marital Stress
In some cases, you suddenly find that you are under a great deal of stress and you found that the cause of stress is your spouse. There may be tensions like financial stress, parenthood stress and tensions over where to live.
At times, the friction may seem lighthearted; you might be engaged in a knockdown, drag-out fight over when to have child or who is responsible for the overflowing toilet.
While we would all like marriage to be a blissful experience, the fact of the matter is that it is a situation ripe with stress. There is the daily stress of simply trying to live together in accord, in addition to the occasional strains over various disagreements.

Mental health and healthy minds is a revolutionary status that we all must face everyday. We all face many problems everyday including terrorism, rape, murder, child abuse, and so forth whether indirectly or directly.
There is no escape, for this reason there is no one with healthy mind on the earth. If you honestly think that you are an exception to the rule then you are on the path to destruction.
Professionals
Even professionals are overwhelmed with mental health disorders. If they say that they are not facing problems, then you had better see someone else immediately. The fact is that to escape their own realities in life, most psychological professionals go into the business.
Many professionals would rather help someone else while burying their mental health disorders under the surface. Every single day even professionals in the criminal system are interrupted with mental health related issues. There is no one in this world excluded from mental health disorders.
People who believe they are special
I am out to take revenge of those who believe they are special and everyone around them has a problem. I am a realist, a woman and an expert in many fields that has gone all lengths to correct many guesses, opinions, theories and so onwards.
As there are many mental health disorders and few solutions to repairing the mental health disorders, we can never going to find an answer that tells us about the criminal mental status.
The First Cause - Criminal Justice
In fact, some of the causes of criminal behaviors are seated on the criminal justice’s doorstep. At the beginning of criminal justice came forth a bunch of so-called law enforcement groups that claim to bring forward justice.
The twisted theories including flogging, dismembering, public humiliation, beheading, beating, hanging, and the list goes on and on. Therefore, we can see the root of criminals start with the criminal justice system.
Influential Persons
Someone else influences us all and if our superior examples are illustrating violence to others, what message are they sending to the world? In fact, it was in 1800s, the first-known psychopath was recorded.
An Example
This person followed the example of the justice system by behaving in manners inappropriately. Howard owned his own drug store and worked around people each day, saving lives while taking other lives and destroying them.
